Hybrid work with the Barcelona office as our base. Office days are agreed by team, not imposed. There is a common core schedule for the meetings that need to happen, and protected concentration time the rest of the day. For specific roles where remote works at 100%, we discuss it before signing.
Two things stand out about how we run meetings at SEOCOM. The first, the weekly team meeting, where we discuss what is new in Google and the generative search engines, and share findings from the projects in flight. The second, the monthly Business Strategy meeting we hold for each client with leadership, where results are reviewed from outside the day to day with a 100% business lens. That monthly cadence prevents a project from getting lost in operational metrics and forgetting what it is being done for.
The internal academy is not an intranet of courses: it is blocked time inside the workday for the team to learn and to teach each other. Each quarter someone on the team prepares a session on something they are good at (a client case, a new tool, an algorithm change) and shares it with the rest. We also cover attendance to industry conferences that are worth it and keep technical certifications alive (Google Analytics, Search Console, Search Quality Rating Guidelines).
SEOCOM publishes a blog and produces the SEO Sin Filtros podcast. Both are written and hosted by the team, not by an external agency. When someone on the team wants to write about a topic or appear on an industry podcast, time and editing are made available. Each professional’s personal brand is an asset of the project, not something the agency hides.
Mid-market and enterprise. Ecommerce with volume, B2B with long sales cycles, SaaS, financial services and international projects. Engagements tend to be long, with recurring contracts and plans that hold between 1 and 4 years. We do not take on ethically questionable sectors. And we do not enter projects where the client only wants to grow traffic without thinking about the business: we lose ourselves by the first quarter.
