A dedicated SEO and GEO team, embedded in yours
Some companies don't want an agency on the other end of an email. They want someone in their meetings, in their Slack, who knows their product and is there day to day. But hiring a senior SEO is hard, takes months, and leaves you with one head for a job that needs several.

- Since 2008 Doing SEO and GEO
This is the middle ground: a SEOCOM specialist or team dedicated to your project and embedded in your operation, with our methodology and our team behind them.
When it makes sense
When the pace demands it
If your project needs decisions daily rather than fortnightly, a classic agency model falls short. Having someone inside the team shortens the loop.
When you have a team but you're missing the SEO piece
You have development, you have content, you have marketing, and nobody who knows about ranking. Hiring that person takes months, and then they have to be brought up to speed on your sector.
When you're covering a gap
A leave, a departure, a project that starts before the team is in place. This comes in within weeks, not quarters.
When you want internal capability in the medium term
If the goal is for your own team to end up running it, someone working inside leaves method and knowledge where it stays.
When it doesn't
We'll tell you either way, because we'd rather not sell this than sell it badly.
-
If what you're after is cutting costs
It isn't cheaper than a consultancy service. It's closer and more dedicated, and that has a cost.
-
If you need one person to do everything
We do SEO and GEO. If what you're missing is someone to also run paid campaigns, social and email, this doesn't cover it.
-
If the work fits into a contained project
An audit, a migration or a traffic recovery are better handled as a job with a beginning and an end. Embedding someone for that is using a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
How it works
Three formats, depending on what you need.
A dedicated specialist
One person from our team assigned to your project, part-time or full-time, embedded in your channels and your meetings. They work with your team as one more of you.
A dedicated team
When the project calls for several disciplines at once (technical, content, authority, analytics), a group assigned exclusively to you, coordinated by a lead who is your single point of contact.
On-site presence
If you'd rather have someone physically there, one or several days a week at your offices and the rest from SEOCOM. We have offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
In all three it works the same way: you set the business objectives and the priorities. We decide how the work gets done and we answer for the result.
Never just one person
This is what really separates it from making a hire.
Whoever works on your project has a SEOCOM lead behind them who supervises the work, reviews the decisions and answers for the quality. They aren't alone solving an odd technical problem on a Tuesday afternoon: they have someone to ask.
And they have the rest of the team behind them. If your project runs into a difficult migration, a crawling problem across a hundred thousand URLs, or a penalty, there is someone inside SEOCOM who has done that before. You get one person on your team and a whole agency behind them.
That's also why the work doesn't stop when that person takes holiday or moves on. The knowledge doesn't leave with them.
Which profiles
The same ones who work on the rest of our projects: technical SEO, content, link building, analytics and GEO, at different levels of seniority depending on what the project calls for.
We usually start with a conversation about what you're actually missing, because what a company thinks it needs (a generalist SEO) is often not what would solve its problem (someone on technical for six months, say).
What it isn't
It isn't staff leasing
We don't hand over workers for you to manage. The person belongs to SEOCOM, we direct them and we answer for their work, exactly as on any other project. What changes is the closeness and the dedication, not who is accountable for the result.
It isn't a block of hours
We don't sell time, we sell a service with agreed objectives and deliverables. If the work gets done in less time, that's better for both of us.
It isn't a middleman
The people working on it are ours, not a chain of subcontractors. It's the same team you'd get if you contracted any other service of ours.
How we start
With a conversation to understand what you're missing, what team you have and what you're hoping to achieve. From there comes a proposal with the profile or team that fits, the scope and the objectives.
Frequently asked questions
-
In the dedication and the closeness. The consultancy works your project alongside others, with regular meetings and a monthly plan. Here there's a person or a team assigned to you, inside your daily operation. The technical work is the same; what changes is the relationship model.
-
It depends on the agreed dedication. Full-time, yes. Part-time, half their time is assigned to your project and the rest isn't. What doesn't change is that their point of contact and their lead are at SEOCOM.
-
We replace them and the project carries on, because the work is documented with our methodology and the lead supervising it knows the project. That's the main difference from having made a hire: if your employee leaves, the knowledge goes with them.
-
Yes, and it's the most common route. Many projects start with partial dedication for the groundwork and scale up once there's volume to justify it.
-
Weeks, not months. It's one of the reasons companies choose this model over opening a recruitment process.
-
Yes, it's built in as with the rest of our services. Positioning your brand in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews works many of the same signals as SEO, so it isn't contracted separately.
