When a client asks us for web development, AI integration into their processes or workflow automation, we don't do it at SEOCOM. We hand it over to Moon, our sister agency. Same parent company, same Barcelona office, same way of working. The difference is the focus: SEOCOM does only SEO and GEO. Moon does only web development and applied AI.
Why web development and AI is a separate agency
SEO and web development touch the same page but do different things. SEO decides what should rank and why. Web development builds the technical piece that makes ranking possible. Applied AI goes one step further: it automates client processes that previously needed manual work or consulting. The tools differ, the timelines differ and the people who excel at each tend to differ too.
That is why Moon is its own brand. When a client needs SEO and development at the same time, both brands coordinate, but each one leads in its own discipline.

How it works when a client uses both brands
In serious projects SEO and development almost always go together. When that's the case, both brands run in parallel and share data: which technical changes SEO is requesting to improve performance and indexing, which CMS pieces are limiting the editorial strategy, which AI automations can speed up content production, which technical integrations are needed for proper measurement.
The client can be billed through the group or sign two separate contracts, whichever they prefer. The operational coordination is the same.
What SEOCOM does with development
No custom development. What we do work on at SEOCOM are the SEO changes on the client's CMS: metadata, headings, schema, URLs, redirects, on-page content and images. Theme development, plugins, custom functionality and anything beyond the SEO layer is handled by Moon or the client's technical team.
