Cookies are small text files that websites install on the user's browser when they visit them. They help the site remember information about the visit (preferences, language, navigation behavior), facilitating the experience and allowing aggregated statistical analysis.
This website uses own and third-party cookies for the purposes described below.
2. Legal basis for cookie use
The use of cookies is covered by:
- Technical (necessary) cookies: do not require consent under article 22.2 of Spanish LSSI-CE. They are essential for the basic operation of the site.
- Analytics, personalization, advertising cookies: require prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent from the user, revocable at any time.
Consent is requested through a cookie banner shown on the first visit to the site. The user can accept all, reject all, or configure preferences individually per category.

4. Google Consent Mode v2
SEOCOM implements Google Consent Mode v2. This means Google Analytics automatically adjusts its behavior based on user consent:
- If the user accepts analytics cookies: GA4 collects complete behavior data.
- If the user rejects analytics cookies: GA4 receives aggregated anonymized signals (without individual identifiers) that allow basic counting and statistical modeling.
In no case is identifiable data collected from users who have not given consent.
5. How to manage your preferences
The user can manage cookie preferences at any time:
Through the cookie banner: on first access to the site, the banner allows accepting all, rejecting all, or configuring by categories.
Modifying preferences later: by clicking the "Configure cookies" link in the footer.
From the browser: major browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies from their settings. Help links:
If the user blocks all cookies, some site functionality (such as the booking system) may not work correctly.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are installed by third parties providing services to the site (Google Analytics, Zoho, Cloudflare). Each of these providers has its own privacy and cookies policy:
- Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Zoho: https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html

7. Updates to this policy
