Job objetives

Understand customer needs, increase and deepen awareness of your brands, promote your products, services and drive campaign conversion.

Identify opportunities for improvement that allow greater profitability of the projects

Design, plan and implement SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns in order to drive web traffic, increase conversion and consequently improve return on investment.
Optimize campaigns to maximize the conversion rate.
Analyze data and measure the results, in order to determine if they have had an impact on the return on investment.
Maintain fluid communication with customers and manage their requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, working cohesively.
Reporting.
Know and understand the business and customer needs, as well as their competition.
Identify areas for improvement that allow generating a greater return on investment.
Collaborate in the resolution of technical problems related to the projects, reviewing and proposing solution proposals.

Training in digital marketing, ADE, or similar.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, ideally in an agency.
Customer management experience
Spanish and advanced English. Desirable another language.
AdWords certifications up to date.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in AdWords: search and display, Social Ads: Facebook ads/ Instagram Ads.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Intermediate level of SEM tools, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix.
Residence in Barcelona and surroundings.
