Venca
The roll-out of the new Android updates was not effective to boost the uptake of new users. The releases were scaled (they were tested with some % of users first) which diminished force and potential to the new versions’ launch.
Objectives

The main objective was to ensure that the application’s updates had the maximum scope and impact. At the same time we sought to improve other aspects of the presence in the Store in order to achieve a better positioning and retain users.
Approach
We made a deep analysis of the state of the Google Play Console and reconfigured the methodology to release the new versions of the App on a large scale.
Results


Seocom got the Venca application to the Top 3 position within its target category, placing itself ahead of prestigious Apps such as Wallapop or Aliexpress.
